Mushroom sauce
I was looking for a recipe for some sauce for tonights dinner and i found this. It tasted really good (altho i did not add the wine since i don’t have any white wine at home).
40 grams of butter
1 union
40 grams of flour
400 milliliters of bouillon
1 egg
50 milliliters of coffee cream
1 spoon of white wine
salt
pepper
Clean the mushrooms and slice them up, don’t make the slices to thin. After that clean the union and slice that into tiny pieces. Then put the butter in a pan and after the butter melted put in the union pieces. When it starts cooking put in the flour and slowly pour in the bouillon. Keep stirring it until you get a nice bonded sauce. Put in the mushrooms and let it boil on a small fire for about 10 minutes. Then put the egg into the coffee cream and stir it loose. Put the wine and a little bit of the sauce with the egg/coffee cream mix and stir that up nicely. Then put the mixture into the pan with the rest of the sauce. Now season the sauce with some salt and pepper and you’re all done.
